Frequently Asked Questions

We only use Canadian based products that are FDA approved

Do I have to wear a mask during my appointment?

Unfortunately right now you do have to wear a mask during your service! Masks are also really effecting lash retention. When we're wearing a mask it forces our hot breath up towards our eyes. This means we're adding a lot of high humidity to the lash adhesive. When you add high humidity to lash adhesive it cures it quicker than normal which is causing lashes to fall out prematurely. We're trying our best to avoid this problem but keep in mind that there's still the potential that it can happen.

How do I prepare for my appointment?

Please arrive to your appointment with a makeup free and clean face. This will ensure that you get the most out of your appointment and we won't have to spend extra time cleaning off any makeup debris.

What do I do when I arrive to my appointment?

Please go through the red door labeled “impeccable pools” and head up the stairs to the third floor! Take a seat until I come to get you!

Will lash extensions ruin my natural lashes?

Lash extensions are applied 0.5-1mm away from your skin and if properly applied with the right weight and length there will be no chance of them damaging your natural lashes!

Can I get lash extensions if I am pregnant?

You certainly can get lash extensions while you're pregnant! We use a comfy recliner that will help you and baby relax during your appointment. However while you're pregnant your hormones will change and this effects how long lash extensions last. You may find that you need to come back sooner for your fills!

Is your adhesive formaldehyde free?

Yes absolutely! We only use lash adhesive that is ethically sourced and has been safely tested to ensure that our clients are receiving the safest and best products!

What do I do if I get a reaction to the lash adhesive?

If you happen to get a reaction after your appointment, please give us a call and we will bring you in and remove your lashes right away! Keep in mind sometimes reactions don't happen until 48 hours after your appointment.

How do I take care of my lashes?

When we've completed your service we will give you some instructions to take home with you to take care of your lashes!

You want to stay away from oil based products around your eyes. Oil will break down the adhesive and cause your lashes to fall out quicker than they need to.

If you choose to wear makeup please avoid mascara on your extensions. Mascara is very hard to get off and can continue to build up at the base of your extensions and could eventually cause an infection. If you want to wear mascara keep it to a liquid eye liner or better yet a dark eye shadow!

Avoid blasts of heat! Heat or steam from ovens, barbecues, campfires, dishwashers, even lighters can singe your lashes and if it's bad enough… You could potentially melt your extensions together!

Make sure you wash your lashes! Use a gentle foam cleanser and make sure that you get into the base of your extensions. The cleaner your extensions are, the longer they will last!

What type of payments do you take?
